Dakota McNeill of Hampton, Virginia, suffering from a terrible headache in May 2022, called in sick to work and drove to the Newport News Food Mart for emergency relief in the form of Tylenol.

Temptation beckoned and McNeill couldn’t help but shell out an extra $5 for some lottery scratch-off tickets.

“I looked at it,” McNeill said in news release. “I switched my glasses. My knees got wobbly.” But whatever she saw or didn’t see, the results were the same. She was $100,000 richer from the scratch-off game!
